Nova Eye Care Center's staff is trained to educate you on the best options to fit your glasses needs. Sunglasses are important to keep your eyes and vision healthy and clear. The sun's rays (UV radiation) are harmful to the eyes and increase the risk for eye diseases, such as cataracts and macular degeneration. Sunglasses need to have 100% UV-A & UV-B protection or UV 400 protection. A dark (tinted) lens does not mean that there is UV protection. Whether you're looking for the most current trend or a practical pair of sunglasses, our optical has a wide selection of sunglasses to choose from. You can even customize it with your prescription, even if you wear progressive lenses.
